Refund Policy
Refunds are limited to approved damaged-product cases under the HEMAVY policy.

1. General rule
HEMAVY is exchange-only for eligible products. A normal change-of-mind return does not qualify for a refund.
2. Damaged-product refund
Where HEMAVY approves a damaged-product return and a refund is applicable, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved. The time taken by the payment provider or bank to credit the amount may be additional.
3. Payment method
Refunds, where approved, will normally be processed back through the applicable original payment method or another legally/technically appropriate method communicated by HEMAVY.
